Cloud Computing Services and Subscriptions

All payments, including deposits, made toward cloud computing services, subscriptions, or associated projects are non-refundable under any circumstances. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

Third-Party Payments

We do not accept payments from third-party accounts. Payments must be made directly by the individual or entity listed on the service agreement or account. Transactions made via unauthorized third parties may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without notice, and no refunds will be provided.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute (e.g., credit card or PayPal dispute) without first contacting us constitutes a breach of our terms.

  • If we receive a chargeback or dispute, your services and/or project will be immediately suspended without prior notice.

  • A chargeback fee of 300 AED will be applied to cover processing and administrative costs.

  • All outstanding balances, including the chargeback fee, must be settled in full before any service is reinstated, deliverables are released, or new work is commenced.

Please contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. Initiating a chargeback for a legitimate transaction is considered fraudulent and may result in legal action.

Refunds

Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be issued only through the original mode of payment and to the original payer. We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts or third parties.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to disable or terminate any account found to be in violation of our terms and conditions. Accounts terminated for policy violations will not be eligible for any refund.
