This policy describes the information collected by Node Cloud Computing Services L.L.C – S.P.C, registered with the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, and how it is used and protected. The Company complies with the provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) in force in the United Arab Emirates.

1. Data We Collect
Upon registration, we collect the following information:
- Personal identification information: full name, address, phone numbers, email addresses
- Payment information: credit/debit card details and billing information
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and session duration
- Usage data: pages visited, time and date of visit
- Communication data: correspondence with our customer support team
- WhatsApp Business data: phone numbers, message content, and account data associated with the Meta platform
2. Legal Basis for Data Processing
In accordance with Article (8) of Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, we process your data on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: to provide the services you have subscribed to
- Explicit consent: when collecting optional data such as surveys and preferences
- Legal obligation: to comply with regulatory and legal requirements
- Legitimate interest: to improve our services and secure our platform
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:
- Processing payments and providing technical support services
- Sending service notifications and technical updates
- Improving our platform and developing our services
- Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
- Protecting platform security and preventing fraud
4. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing purposes. We may share your data only in the following cases:
- Technical service providers: server hosting companies in Abu Dhabi and Germany for infrastructure purposes
- Payment processors: licensed banks and payment gateway companies to complete financial transactions

- Business acquisition: in the event of a merger or acquisition of the Company’s business, with prior notice to you
The Company shall not be liable for the privacy practices of external service providers. Users are advised to review their policies independently.
5. International Data Transfers
SaaS platform data is stored on our servers in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Company profile website data is stored on servers hosted in Germany, subject to European data protection regulations (GDPR). Such data is transferred in accordance with the appropriate safeguards set out in Article (22) of Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
The Company shall not be liable for any data interruption or loss resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as network failures or force majeure events.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: throughout the active subscription period and one year after termination
- Financial transaction records: 5 years in accordance with UAE commercial law requirements
- WhatsApp message data: subject to the retention settings configured by the client within the platform
- Technical logs: 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes
7. Your Rights as a Data Subject
In accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: request a copy of your personal data that we hold
- Right to rectification: request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal conditions
- Right to object: object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances
- Right to data portability: request your data in a portable electronic format
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent at any time without retroactive effect

8. Data Security
We apply high security standards to protect your data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest using SSL/TLS protocol

- Conducting regular backup operations
- Round-the-clock system monitoring to detect security threats
Despite our commitment to the highest security standards, no technical system can guarantee 100% complete protection. The Company shall not be held liable for any security breaches resulting from factors beyond its control, provided that reasonable precautionary measures have been taken.
9. Cookies
We use cookies to enhance your experience. You may disable them through your browser settings; however, this may affect certain website functionalities. The Company shall not be liable for any degradation in user experience resulting from disabling cookies.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under the age of 18. The Company shall not be liable in the event that a minor submits their data by circumventing the applicable verification systems.
11. Complaints
If you believe we have not complied with the provisions of this policy, you have the right to:

The Company reserves the right to respond to complaints within the legally prescribed timeframes in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
12. Disclaimer
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or unavailability of the service
- Data loss resulting from misuse of the platform by the user
- Privacy breaches resulting from compromise of the user’s own account credentials
- Any damages resulting from force majeure or circumstances beyond the Company’s control
- The content of messages sent by the Company’s clients via the WhatsApp Business platform
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with applicable UAE law.
13. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via the registered email address or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of our services following the publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
